We accept payment by CASH, EFT, Mastercard, Debit and Visa card. Kindly note that all deposit payments paid with credit card should present the same card on check in. We regret, NO CHEQUES, Diners or Amex.

Deposit
Your reservation will only be confirmed after your proof of deposit or travel agent voucher has been rec’d by email.

 We require a 50% non-refundable deposit, unless we resell the room. To avoid disappointment we encourage that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from losing out on a possible cancellation. The full balance must be settled on arrival please. Kindly note that any losses caused due to theft or malicious damage may be charged to the guest’s account after check out. Avatara is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
